Horse gram Semiya Upma recipe (Sevige Bath)
Ingredients
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 cup Aallya horse gram vermicelli
2 cup water
2 beans
1 onion
1 green chili
2 curry leaves
1 tbsp salt
Instruction
Cut the vegetables (Tomato, Carrot and Beans etc.,). Heat oil in a vessel and add spices, Onion, green chillies and curry leaves. When onion turns brown add cut vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and finally add 400ml water. Once vegetables are cooked, add salt and Aallya Horse gram Vermicelli and stir well. Cook until the water gets absorbed. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
