But our version is not as straightforward as you know it.This jar is full of tomato and basil (unsurprising), chunky onion-garlic (par for the course) and Guntur chili (very un-Italian, very Andhra, very spicy) so you get some sharp twists and turns in an otherwise simple sauce!
