Shipped through INDIA POST

  • Shipped within 3 working days.

  • Delivery within 3 – 10 days (may take upto 15 days for far flung post offices)

  • All postal Codes pan India.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 100% SATISFACTION OR FULL REFUND

  • Return the product & get 100% refund - No questions asked.

  • However, the returned product should contain 98% in weight/count/volume (of the label indication) when we receive it. It should not be adulterated/ filled with any other spurious product/replaced/reconfigured to get refund. It should not be in damaged/non usable condition (unless due to manufacturing defect/transit damage).

  • We will refund the full amount paid by you including shipping charges, within 3 working days. However, cost incurred for returning the product will not be reimbursed/returned.

  • We reserve the right to issue refund & all disputes will be subject to Bangalore, Karnataka, India jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel the order by sending us a mail to buybay.info@gmail.com

  • Cancellation will be accepted if the item has not been dispatched. Once we notify you the item has been dispatched then cancellation is not possible, you can use the return & exchange option.

  • Full refund of the amount paid will be made if product is cancelled prior to notice of shipping.

  • We also reserve the right to cancel an order if it is impossible for us to execute the order for whatsoever reason. If cancelled by us, the full amount paid will be refunded.

  • All refunds will be made within 3 working days to the bank which has issued the amount.
